- Launch. We connect your domain, registered in your name, switch on HTTPS and put the site live.
What to have ready
- Your logoThe highest-quality version you have (SVG or a large PNG). No logo yet? Tell us and we’ll talk options.
- PhotosYour work, your team, your space. Phone photos are fine as long as they’re sharp and well lit.
- The words you already haveOld site text, brochures, a list of services. Rough notes are fine; we’ll shape the copy.
- Your business detailsService area, hours, phone, email, and the address you want shown (if any).
- Licenses and certificationsAnything customers or buyers look for: licenses, insurance, certifications, awards.
- Your domainWhich company your domain is registered with (for example GoDaddy or Namecheap). Don’t have one? We’ll register it in your name.
- Two or three sites you likeFrom any industry. A quick line on what you like about each helps a lot.
- Social and review linksGoogle Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, or wherever customers find you.
Missing something? Send it when you have it. Never send passwords by email or text; if we need access to an account, we’ll arrange a secure way to share it.
After launch
This is where the two ways to work with us differ.
Own it · one-time build
- 30 days of fixes. Anything not working as agreed after launch, we fix at no charge.
- It’s yours. Your domain is registered in your name, and the site and content are yours from day one.
- Nothing you owe us to stay live. The only real costs are third-party: a domain runs about $15–20 a year, hosting is often free, and SSL is included.
- Help if you want it. The optional Care Plan covers updates, security, backups, and up to an hour of edits a month.
Orbit · all-in-one, monthly
- Lead follow-up, every day. A text back for missed calls, automatic replies to new inquiries, appointment reminders, and review requests after each job.
- Care and edits. Hosting and security, updates, backups and monitoring, plus edits whenever you need them through client support.
- A monthly report. Calls caught, leads followed up, and reviews gained.
- Flexible, and yours in the end. Cancel anytime after 3 months. After 12 months the site is yours to keep, or sooner with a prorated buyout. Texting and calling usage is passed through at cost.
What if…
I’m late sending my content?
No problem. The clock starts once we have your content, and if content or feedback arrives late, the launch date moves by the same amount.
I don’t love the homepage design?
Tell us and we’ll redesign it. If the redesign still isn’t right, you can ask for a refund before you approve a design and before we start building. The details are in our Refund Policy.
I want more changes than my package includes?
Launch includes 1 revision round; Horizon and Constellation include 2; Orbit covers edits whenever you need them. Extra rounds, or changes after you approve, are priced upfront before we do them.
I go quiet for a while?
If we’re waiting on content, feedback or approval and haven’t heard from you for 30 days, we’ll pause the project and let you know. Pick it back up any time and we’ll set a new timeline.
something breaks after launch?
For 30 days after launch we fix anything that isn’t working as agreed, at no charge. After that, the Care Plan or Orbit covers it, or we price it before we start. Existing clients can get help on our client support page.
